The two times I have interacted with the people here they have been courteous and helpful.

The staff here are rude they act like you're doing you a favor by filling your prescription. I have been going here for years and just can't take it anymore.
Absolute god-awful, horrendous customer service. The pharm techs here (i.e. the people who work the front-end) have NO interpersonal skills whatsoever. I mean none, nil, nada de nada, ziltch, zero, zip. One employee in particular is so consistently rude and passive-aggressive that I wonder why he even has a job. I think he would be happier cleaning toilets or working off the back end of a garbage truck. Does anyone at Weber & Judd ever do a quality of service audit? Hello?! Wake up!
