I am baffled by the one-star ratings. I never leave reviews for anything, but for a place with this exemplary staff, it was a must. They truly are the best in terms of fast, caring, going-the-extra-mile customer service. I discovered Dottie's when I needed a prescription compounded; Now I won't take my family's business anywhere else. Over and over again they have gone out of their way to answer questions, ensure I was getting the best price possible, and get things filled quickly. I spent years as a pharmaceutical rep calling on these places, so I've seen my share of pharmacies and how they operate and treat their customers. Let me say unequivocally, not one out there can hold a candle to this place. I'm sorry to those who had bad experiences here, but those are not the norm. On the other hand, I could write a book about the atrocities committed at the major chains...

This pharmacy came highly recommended by my MD, however, as I came to find when they delayed my prior authorization for six weeks and never sent the data to the doctor despite claiming it was done, their quality of service and integrity is rather low. The argument of using them over one of the big conglomerates is tenuous at best.

If you want your prescription filled in a timely manner and correctly, DO NOT USE THEM. My daughter is on an FDA regulated medicine that is time sensitive. We now have to go back for blood work, back to the doctor, time away from work and school because Dottie's didn't do what they said they would do and the tech didn't relay the information correctly or follow through. They were waiting on us to fill out a questionnaire online. We did this by lunchtime on Thursday. Script expired on Monday. Never heard from them on Thursday or Friday, so assumed all was shipped. Found out today it hasn't. And can't be filled without us going through all of it again. Called to talk to Dottie---was put on hold, they hung up on me. When I called back, she was "in a meeting".
