Early morning doctor sent prescriptions and we called at noon was ready 5 hours later is not ready yet and dont have all the prescription...Really bad service... And waiting too much... Please hiring more people on pharmacy
Could find no staffer to help locate an item. Called and was told which aisle. Still can not locate so called back and asked for help. That was ten minutes ago. Frozen food melting. Also I am five days out of knee surgery so cruising every aisle not an option. Update: someone finally came and told me item NOT in aisle customer service said but rather on the far end of store. So not helpful
We are done with this place. Tried to get a prescription filled there yesterday. Dirty tissues on the counter. Person behind the counter had no idea when my prescription (sent electronically by my doctor) would arrive, but was certain it hadn't yet arrived. Ultimately, pharmacist told me she would call when my prescription was ready. That call never came, so I called them several times. Unfortunately, over the course of at least one hour, nobody ever picked up the phone in the pharmacy. So Giant Pharmacy, we are now done with you.
