Very nice and helpful staff. They were not able to help me at their pharmacy, but they went above and beyond by calling numerous other pharmacies until one was found that could fill my prescription.

Laura and her staff are awesome and make your experience one of a kind! They are very personal with you and help explain your Rx and help with your questions! Also they are very quick to fill scripts!! A++

I ordered compression hose from Asbury medical. 2 pairs of Sigvaris. A man ordered them, called to let me know they were in. I was not able to pick them up so my husband did so. Toni told my husband there was a $20 surcharge PER hose for ordering them. No one mentioned that to me. I have always ordered my Jobst hose from Kingdom Medical in Lawton & I have never been charged a surcharge. I changed to Sigvaris because they have a silicone band on the Select Comfort knee hi. There are not very many retailers that carry this brand but I will NOT be going back to Asbury Medical. I left a message with Toni to call me back about the surcharge but she failed to do that. I will say that Sigvaris customer service is awesome. Call the # & get connected to Melissa. I have been back because Sigvaris sent the wrong hose on one of them. I know from Kingdom Medical that they do not like to exchange hose unless u involve the hose vendor. They have agreed after a little discussion to get me the right pair. Toni sort of explained surcharge to me which I still don't think is right. So I am waiting to see what happens. If they take care of me, then That changes some things. Finally, a month later, I get my exchange. They are not a plus size. Perhaps they couldn't get the right size but that was not communicated to me. I will order elsewhere next time.

It's frightening to think that you know more than the person trusted to take care of your medication about the generic and commercial name especially when you are ill. What if you are too ill to know what's being given you and the contraindications? Really daunting.
