Great experience with Lilly's... my pregnant wife needed a new dosage but the others didn't carry it because it's "not standard." Lilly's had no trouble with the custom made amount so we don't have to deal with cutting up pills (that never seem to split the way you want them). Anyway, they were very helpful and called shortly after I had dropped off the prescription to let me know they were on their way to deliver to my wife (very nice that they deliver).

Best Pharmacy! I would recommend everyone to go there, the customer service is superb!! They are so pleasant and they know you by name, and that shows that they appreciate the business and they care! I can not see myself going to any other pharmacy.

Lily's is an independently owned pharmacy that treats you like family and they deliver!. The pharmacists get to know you personally. I don't know how many times they have called me to make sure I was getting the proper medicine for me. They have also helped me get the insurance company to pay for a non-formulary medicine. Finally, I had genetic testing done and they use that to make sure the medicine that the medicine being prescribed will work for me. They are how a pharmacy should be. Taking care of their customers like family.

I have been receiving laser treatment for the past year and a half. Because it is painful, I get prescribed numbing cream. My first batch of numbing cream came from a big company and lasted for the entire year. I decided to refill my prescription using a local compounding pharmacy to promote small business and because I thought it would be cheaper. I had the office call in the prescription to Lily's pharmacy. I received pleasant phone calls from the pharmacy letting me know it was ready for pick up. Granted, it took me almost a month to go pick it up due to personal reasons, I made my way over. Not only was the cream MORE expensive, but they sold me EXPIRED medication. When I questioned the gentleman, he said that it isn't technically expired, it just might not work as well. I am confused as to why this pharmacy would knowingly sell me expired cream, knowing it MAY not work well. He seemed uninterested in the unfair value of what he was selling to me. He attempted to blame ME for taking so long to pick it up- when not once did anyone mention to me their formula has a shelf life of only 30 days! Not only did he NOT offer to replace the cream with a freshly made compound- he told me I could return the cream and recover only half of my cost. I can only receive my laser treatment every 8 weeks- which means I would need to refill this cream for every treatment and pay $45 per refill. Unbelievable. I will not be returning to this pharmacy for future refills and unfortunately I will be refilling with the bigger company that respects my money enough to provide me with GOOD VALUE. I do not know a single consumer that would be pleased with being sold expired medication and being told, well it MAY work just not as well!
