Pitiful produce and the prices are too high... compare them to wegmans at Dulles 28 and wegmans beats them all the way.... by pricing and quality. Even the shopping carts at wegmans are better, as in cleaner looking. I only give 2 stars because I'm closer to giant and go there for little things when I'm in a hurry, not real grocery runs. I waste money going to giant. Lastly, their name brand food is awful, again wegmans all the way for everything.

I have been getting my prescriptions refilled here for almost 2 years. I'm not sure if they recently made changes to their pharmacy staff or management but in the last 3 months it has been awful. Last month I went in to find out the status of the same prescription I have been getting filled there every single month and they told me it had been "filed". Fortunately, the man was able to fill it at that time. I tried to understand why it was "filed" but I could not get a sensible answer from the pharmacist. Fast forward to a month later. My doctor electronically sends my Rx refills to this pharmacy. It was sent over to them on the 22nd, so naturally a week later I decide to call giant because I haven't received any calls or updates from them. The lady I spoke with yesterday around 5pm was extremely unprofessional. She said that on the 22nd, when it was sent over it was too early to fill it. Understandably, I agreed however, now we're 2 days away from my prescription running out so I asked well can you go ahead and fill it. She then tells me that it is not available in stock and it will not arrive/be filled until the following week. I grew frustrated at this point. I then asked, so if I hadn't called today, it would have just remained "filed"? Her exact response was "Pretty Much." How ridiculous. At the very least, why wasn't I notified of the delay entirely. Why does it take me calling to check on something they should be handling? She basically told me I need to be the one on top of them to ensure I can get my medicine filled before it runs out. At the very least, between last Friday to this Friday, they should have called me or at least ordered the medication knowing it would take days for them to receive it. Very unorganized and quite frankly, lazy. Needless to say, I will wait on this refill being that they placed the order already but will be going to a new pharmacy from here on out.

If I could give negative stars I would. Called to ask to have a cream filled that had been back logged. I was told they would call and have it transferred form other Giant. Called back an hour later and asked for the woman I spoke to originally and was told there is nobody there by that name, okay, she further went on to tell me prescription had expired, then told me she tried to call. Really?? My phone was on me the whole time. Blatant lie. If i ever need a prescription filled this would be the last place i would go. Trust lost.
