It's been about 2 years since I've been there howrver, I remember that the experience was ok!!! The wait for answers etc... was a little lengthy but the store was extremely busy!!!!
Like every other place it has its good employees and its bad employees. The bad employees here are very rude, uncaring, and disrespectful, and it hurts a good business owned by a good owner. The business over all is a good pharmacy, but some of the employees need to be put into check, because their mouths are reckless. I am a business owner in the same neighborhood so I know the feeling and how hard it is to find good help over there. As an owner to an employee, all I can stress is to be professional and think before you speak bc once your words are spoken you cant take them back!
This fármacy is good but the lady attending by window is terrible service always when my mom pass Elizabeth yes stand from the computer and my mom have to said she date birth because she only look my mom she don’t said good afternoon or nothing she don’t have education I don’t know why Mr tomas Diaz taking people without respect
This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star because what is the point of a drive thru if you have a car there waiting for 45 minutes. I just had to grab my pills and go, while i had to wait for 45 minutes for the car in front of me to get theirs, couldn't they just have told them to park or go inside if it's gonna take more than 10? i couldnt even back out because of the long ass line they had made????? Worst. And this is all the time.
This location does not deserve a single star. The service is horrible. The employees are rude and careless about patient needs. I spoke with the store manager and even he was rude and kept talking over me. Very unsatisfied with the service this pharmacy brings to my community.
