My son is a student at CSU. He became very sick which required a visit to urgent care. He took his prescription to the Sprouts location. He didn't not have copies of his insurance cards with him. He was very worried that he would need to pay full price. Since I have records in Loveland, the staff offered to get the information from loveland. He was swiftly on his way. It was so nice that they took the time to help someone when they were feeling their worst. Thanks
I've used a big box store pharmacy in Fort Collins and good day good day is by far the best I've use their kind , their compassionate and they treat me with respect , and that's very important when your severe pain patient, btw The pharmacy I've used for years and years is in one of the major grocery stores here in Fort Collins I will never go there again , not since I've had experience with good day ,wonderful people
I had an incredible customer service experience at Good Day Pharmacy (Lemay/Drake). My dog was recently diagnosed with bronchitis, which is treated by an antibiotic that is prescribed to both dogs and humans. My vet ran out of their supply at their office, and the supply they had ordered from an animal pharmacy had to be shipped form out-of-state, so I was in need of a small, one week interim supply of this medication. I called almost every pharmacy in Fort Collins, and each told me that the out-of-pocket price for this medication was going to be around $120. I called Good Day to give me one last quote, and the gentleman who answered (Josh? Jason?) floored me with his amazing customer service. He listened to my situation, placed me on hold for a moment, and came back to tell me that he’d be able to get me this small supply for my dog for about $25—not $120. When I asked how that could be possible, he explained he had access to a second price list he could use for pricing this medication, and that employees at big box pharmacies typically cannot or will not investigate better pricing for customers—even if the circumstances lend themselves to look for additional options like in my case. This situation was very telling about how employees at Good Day Pharmacy are trained. It was clear this gentleman felt empowered and allowed to “do the right thing” for a customer—a customer that probably could have never returned to this pharmacy. Good Day clearly trains their employees with people in mind. I was so impressed by how well I was treated that I now send all of my [people] prescriptions to Good Day Pharmacy. If they can treat their canine customers with that level of respect, I am confident they will take even better care of me.
The open hours are NOT conducive to a persons needs! Waiting 3 days for a much needed prescription is not OK!
This place should not be called Good Day, as dealing with them is a (futile) exercise in patience. Employees cannot be relied on for accurate information. Wish I had the option of dealing with another company. Recommend to avoid!
