Love Dan and his staff... Always take great care of me and my family
Just transfered my and my father's prescriptions. The manager Gabriel was so helpful. We went to Medicine Shoppe on Washington Rd. but they closed and automaticaly transfered our prescriptions to CVS on Chochran Rd. We hated that store. Not personable at all.
Asti's, like "Cheers" , is where "everybody knows your name." More than "just a drugstore," Asti's offers a blend of professionalism and personal attention that is unique. Asti's pharmacists are knowledgeable about every aspect of the drug industry while making it a priority to know each customer as a person. Although busy with a huge following of loyal patrons, the Asti team welcomes questions and is available to patiently listen to concerns. Asti's bottom-line motto about service :"it's a privilege." It's our privilege as well.
So unreliable and unorganized! My poor disabled mother has been crying in pain for two days because they keep losing her prescription. And to make matters worse they do not answer their phone or return messages. Her pain clinic will only use this pharmacy unfortunately so she doesn't have the option of switching. This happens repeatedly every couple months and puts my poor mother through hell. The clinic has sent in her script twice already and this pharmacy keeps managing to lose it! Completely unacceptable!!!
