Nice local pharmacy. If needed I will return.
Maple Mountain Pharmacy is THE BEST. I love the employees, they are so helpful and professional... Namely Seth, and (I wish I could remember her name, she has blonde hair), they seem to be possibly assistant managers. I always have a positive experience and they try their best to save me money with the cheapest generics etc. (I don't have insurance 😡). Thank you guys for all your help!!
These people are excellent! I used a popular national pharmacy for years and years and always had ridiculous wait times and terrible customer service. Now that I've been using Maple Mountain Pharmacy for a couple years, I can easily say that my experience is far better and they treat me with kindness and understanding.
Not sure why they seem to take longer then other pharmacies to fill a prescription while I wait. And, my wife was there this morning, walked inside and have her prescription to the technician. After about 20 minutes of being the only one in the pharmacy - and the pharmacist and technicians are looking busy in the back, another woman walked in and gave her prescription, and was soon being rung up at the register. Then the tech looked up and noticed my wife, and my wife said "Yes, I've been here quite a while." They finally got to her prescription. Not sure what goes on in there but their organization and efficiency seems to be lacking. We'll probably go back to Art City Pharmacy for better service.
Called and asked if there is anyway they’d be able to compound an Rx that was needed the next day for a dentist appointment. They guy just said no, sorry we have to have time to mix it. No accommodations, nothing. I called Rock Canyon pharmacy and they said it would could have it for me in 30 minutes. Poor Service on Mapleton pharmacy's part, fantastic service from Rock Canyon Pharmacy!
