There is no sign of the entrance! The first time comer will go wrong way for sure. There was a police car parking in front hospital alerting me watch more carefully and made turn before going in the wrong way. Yes, there is a sign "DO NOT ENTER", but it is hard to see - a very small sign and deep in the wrong way. Other than that this hopital is very friendly inside!
Call center is the worst! U sit on hold for 30mins before you can even make an appointment. Then when you finally get to speak with a receptionist-they're snotty "as all get out". Metros a great clinic but your customer service needs much improvement.
They denied my son access. Even when you call in advance to let somone know you're running late. So when I get there this lady gone say everybody went out too lunch. They're are so unprofessional there. will not be going to this dentis ever. Angel dentist here we come.
THIS IS A NO STAR!! Their Receptionist if you want to call them that are HORRIBLE! !!! UNPROFESSIONAL AS EVER. I called to schedule 4 appointments 2 children 2 adults. This lady first transferred me to someone in an unrelated department, they transferred me to a voice-mail which was full, to transfer to to operator, who then transferred me back to whare I started. This rude person I can only schedule 2 so which 2 you want? Why only 2 when I need 4? That's all I can do. The kids go in appointment set for Dec. First call ended. Call right back. Same person gave me an appointment for my husband in Feb. Time for my appointment this person says oh I don't have any more appointments for this calendar year available. If you want an appointment done PROPERLY use MYCHART. THIS LOCATION IS IN DESPERATE NEED OF PROFESSIONAL RECEPTIONIST. Who by the way won't gossip while patients on the phone. So DISGUSTED with this place. Thing is they have excellent dentist. Just need a new SET.
