Very nice people, they don't take very long to fill scripts. Most people don't know they have a drive up window which is so nice .they also do compounding medicine even for animals :)

Poor customer service, poor response time, poor shipping time. We've done business with them for YEARS and when they change shipping partners they don't tell you. When it takes longer to fill prescriptions, they don't tell you. When it takes longer to get your prescriptions in your hands, they won't tell you. You have to GUESS how long it's going to take for them to fill your prescription and get it to you. If this was a hospital they were delivering to, they'd have lost the contract. But they seem to think that just because it's a veterinary prescription they can take their sweet time, prep it when it's convenient for *them* and ship it when they bloody well please. In years past it took 5 days to receive prescriptions; then it took 6-8 days. Now we're looking at it taking 8-14 days to receive prescriptions for medications that should never be stopped just because you're out of stock while waiting for the pharmacy to get you your order. They need to be reminded what "Timely" means. I have two animals on medication which should *never* be stopped cold turkey, but the problems we've had with Luea's poor service have caused us to look elsewhere for stopgap measures just to prevent pets from going into seizures due to lack of medication. I will never again rely on this pharmacy to compound veterinary medications in a timely manner so my beloved pets can stay healthy. Luea will do whatever they want whenever they want and will never communicate to you exactly what it is they're doing and when. This company exhibits the WORST customer service I have ever encountered, and if you decide to do business with them your pet may pay the price ...with their health, well-being, or life.
