The owner advised against an unnecessary product for my injury even though I was ready to buy it. He also said that his store sells the cheapest beer on the block
Excellent service by helpful, friendly staff. I'd much rather support local businesses than go to a faceless, uncaring national chain. Keep my $$ in Richmond instead of some corporate pocket.
I was in college when you all opened up shop. I had a particularly nice conversation with the pharmacist after I'd been filling my scripts there for a few months which made me feel like a neighbor instead of a customer. That was probably a decade ago and I still remember that fondly. Sometimes, when I'm standing in line at CVS, I wish that I still lived in Richmond so that I could patronize your shop instead. That's something I would never have expected to say about a shop.
