I want to highly recommend Mini Pharmacy for their creative problem solving. My wife and I are traveling out of country and I found myself without enough medical supplies to make the trip and return home without running out, I called the company and explained the situation as we will be leaving sooner than the scheduled shipment date. Their staff arranged for a special overnight shipment which solved the problem. I want to publicly acknowledge this company and their staff for solving my problem in a timely manner.
Called a week before, asked for new transmitter for my G6 along w/ sensors-nothing else needed. They sent out my order. I received sensors-no transmitter. Next day I received ALL the other items I specifically said I did NOT need and STILL no transmitter! It's been nearly 2 wks and NO returned calls whatsoever! This is a sorry excuse for a company that works for medical supplying. They are putting others at risk w/ health & safety!!!!
Absolutely the worst! Apparently they did not receive the correct information of my insurance from my nutritionist's office. However, nobody bothered to contact me or did anything to process the order. Of course I only found out after I called them on a Thursday evening. The call center rep said she was going to escalate the case (with corrected insurance information, and the supplies would be shipped out the next day, arriving the next Monday. Call them again the next Monday, my case had not even been reviewed/processed at all. The call center rep gave me the name of a supervisor, "Kim J" and said she was going to call me back. Ok, I did receive a couple of phone calls from a 213 number while in a meeting. Guess what? No voicemail. Am I supposed to guess it was from Mini Pharmacy? At least have the decency to leave a voicemail with a status update! Is there anyone functional to perform the basics of their jobs there?? This message is in response to the business owner whose apologize is nothing but BS: You and your people are full of lies! When I called again yesterday, the call center rep said the supplies were sent and they would arrive today! Got a text message from OnTrack this morning, the tracking number showed it wasn't shipped! Called your call center again, the rep told me it was scheduled to ship out today and arrive tomorrow! STOP THE LIES!!!! I hope you lose all of your business to your competitors!!!
If i could rate this place negative stars i would. Honestly don't know how they are still in business. So glad i moved away so that i'm not forced by my insurance company to use this horrible company.
