Just had the best experience ever at any Walgreen's store. Called and spoke to Pharmacy last evening, explained that I was traveling and needed a prescription refilled. They told me they'd have it ready...and they did. Great service with very little waiting. Many thanks.
I was using CVS pharmacy last year..this year my insurance will not take CVS...so changed to Walgreens... Bigstory short my wife bought me prescription that I don't want to use...I rush back there to return ...they said they can't take it back .coz I need to be there in 30min...I was there may be in 40 min... I returned my prescription to CVS two times without any problems.. Worst customer services
Standing up there just to ask a quick question and like 5 people behind the counter and nobody ask if I needed help then someone came through the drive through and they asked how they could help them., how rude !!!!
The pharmacist is the rudest person I've ever dealt with. I have had 3 back surgeries and will soon have to have neck surgery. The pharmacist never failed to make me feel like a criminal and that I was doing something wrong. Will never go back. EVER
Wow.... So my experience absolutely shocked me tonight. I came in about 15 minutes before close and was going to print a few 4x6’s to mail my girlfriend who is at basic training. First the kiosk doesn’t want to work and then I am told I have to come in the morning to get them because “they will take about 3 minutes to print.” And the manager doesn’t want to wait. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever had. I understand I came in late but let’s be real. I didn’t walk in at 9:59. They could have printed them. And the whole time this employee is breathing down my neck which was really weird once I realized she was there. Very dissatisfied and I’m honestly considering just going to Yukon. But I mean honestly I would probably be doing this wallgreens a favor. So I’m going to come back. Absolutely pathetic and it is even more sad it was the manager (which who knows if that’s true at this point) so who could I even voice my opinion to? I work in retail at Floor & Decor and we NEVER rush customers out. I’m beside myself right now. God bless.
