I love this pharmacy. Been going there for years. Neil is very personable and helpful. I feel like they are like family. When I am out of refills, he calls my doctor for me. I never have to wait in long lines. Their staff is very quick.

Great pharmacy. They would even deliver prescription to my grandmother when she couldn't drive. I was recently hospitalized and when I was released it was after his hours but when he saw prescription from hospital he called me to see if I was coming in and that he would stay late for us. You dont get those calls from chain pharmacies.

Love them. Neil is great. Their prices beat any other pharmacy out there and they shipped overnight for free. I've recommended them to my doctor who then switched over as well, as well as friends and everyone had the same reaction - wonderful pharmacy, wonderful owner. I've worked with them for several years now.

There is terrible customer service from this pharmacy. Three weeks have gone by and I still do not have my prescription. Excuses after excuses with a different reason every time. And no phone calls to let me know that the medication would be delayed. Each time I had to call to ask after the order. The worst. Update: Since I completed this review yesterday, my prescription was sent to another compounding pharmacy who have it their queue and it will be completed today at only 1/3 the cost of the quote that I was given for the same size tube at Alexander Twin. So, not only was the customer service the worst, but he was planning on ripping me off. It’s taking 24 hours to fill a prescription, that he couldn’t do in three weeks, and at a fraction of the cost.

Our first prescription came partially filled and we had to piece together what was missing and have them re-send it. When we had an item re-filled, the refill suddenly cost $50 when the first time only cost $20. When calling the pharmacy, I was told they happened to have a coupon for the first time so now we were paying the full copay cost, yet could not provide anything showing where a coupon was applied. I asked them to send me a detailed breakdown showing it and she said their system won't let her, even though she could look in the system and see the coupon. They may or may not be telling the truth (can't verify yet) but her attitude towards it and me were pretty horrible.
