I transferred my rx from Walgreens a couple of years ago when I had to pay for meds out of pocket. The cost was 1/4 of what the major chains charge-they have to pay for all that national advertising. GVP is fast, friendly, cost effective and convenient. As a prescriber, I feel very confident in sending my patients to Bryant and his staff. I have never had a problem with this pharmacy. They have DumDums on the counter and even offered my terrier a biscuit. Top notch!
This place is awesome! Everyone is super friendly and they are quick. Brought my scripts over from Walgreens where I was tired of the customer service, and I'm so glad I did. The whole team is fun and helpful. Pennie called to check up on me to make sure I didn't have any questions or concerns and to let me know that they are here for me if I need anything. Bryant and Pennie always offer me a bottle water while I wait for scripts to be filled. They are a family run business, and they go out of their way to let you know how grateful they are for your business. They also have great prices for folks who do not have insurance. If you are tired of being just another number at the big phramacy chains do yourself a favor and check this place out. You will not regret it!
I love supporting local and this pharmacy is fantastic. The pharmacists know my name, they answer questions readily, and the place is always very clean and organized. I feel like this is a great family business and everyone there is so kind. The only dilemma I deal with is trying to get in during their business hours (since I work 7-6), but it is worth working around my schedule to keep my business here
This is an excellent pharmacy! Forget the fact that they offer prices on prescriptions that are just as good as the big name pharmacies, they offer personal service that is unmatched. I was in their store, picking up a prescription, and the owner just hands me a bottle of water out of the fridge. They also make occasional personal calls just to check up on you and make sure you have everything you need. And, if I'm not mistaken, for those who are unable to make runs to the pharmacy due to disabilities or age, they will make personal deliveries. If there were 6 stars, I would give it to them.
I used to love this place, but after 4 times of sending me prescriptions I requested NOT to have sent because I COULDNT AFFORD IT, this place has had me crying for days. I take unexpected hits of $150 because my card is on file WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION TO SWIPE. I've asked for one prescription and received 6. 4 of these are as needed meds...which I've said time and time again that I would call if I needed. No notes of my requests are ever kept I feel like a broken record. I asked to have my unopened Rxs returned on multiple occasions and they will only put credit towards my next purchase, which is what help when I am fed up and want to take my business elsewhere? Then when I politely call to have my prescriptions transferred to a closer pharmacy so I can manage my prescriptions (which delegates my health) I always am coerced back into staying with greystone and it is an ordeal to have my prescriptions transferred. Only this last time when I expressed my stress that they finally transferred my prescriptions. When you have 2 autoimmune diseases, you shouldn't have to "fight" with a family pharmacy like this. And I hate to write this review because I used to truly love this family business. Such a shame, I just don't want anyone else with complicated health to experience the same thing :(
