The staff here always treat me with courtesy and appreciation. They have gone out of their way to help me on more than one occasion. I will not use any other pharmacies. With Todds pharmacy it somehow seems more personal. I've had staff call on several occasions just to give additional information about specific medications
I've been going to Todd's for over a decade and the staff always greet me with a friendly smile. There was an occasion when they did not have what I needed and they offered to order it for me to pick up later (saves me a trip into Chesapeake). Would recommend to my friends.
Calls to remind you of refill needs.
I just made a call to get a refill on my sons medications and the girl that answered the phone was really rude. I don't like how she talked to me.
I'm giving such a low rating because time after time after time I have been treated as If I am a burden not a customer. It must be something in the water or one's bad attitude rubs off on the other. Don't dare ask a question regarding your prescription & insurance or you'll get the death stare from the pharmacist. I've called for refills & get sighs if I do not have the RX # available. There was a time they didn't have my RX available in store & never bothered to make me aware so when I went to pick up, I had to go without until I could settle it the next business day. Now today I call to see if my daughter has a refill available for her rescue inhaler (which we have a few in emergency places outside of the box) and the employee ASSUMES it's a pill RX & says "do you not have the bottle?" I'm done. The rudeness, death stares, lack of care for patients & HIGH PRICES!!! For those of you settling out of convenience it's the only local pharmacy, I suggest making the trip to Todd's in Elizabeth City or Wal Mart. At least you'll be treated kindly rather than a burden & gold mine.
