I've had a wonderful experience since switching to Midwest Family Health. I especially love their RX 2 Go app- I can refill prescriptions in just a couple clicks from my phone! My prescriptions are always filled very promptly and I get a text and email notification when they're ready for pickup.
Every time I walk into Midwest family Health, I am welcomed by a staff that truly cares for my wellbeing. If I am simply picking up a prescription via drive-thru or trying to find an over-the-counter remedy; the staff is always available and knowledgeable to help me with any and all questions that arise. Besides catering to my medication needs, they also off a wide variety of merchandise. When registering for our wedding, my wife and I could not have asked for a better experience. Whether I'm picking up a last minute gift or adding to my KSU memorabilia, Midwest has the selection and ideas to meet my needs. Midwest family Health, where the name truly says it best, family.
I have worked with Rob Wenzl since he purchased the store from the previous owner. Midwest Family Health and Rob Wenzl have provided me with outstanding pharmacy care. As I have faced many medical turns in my life, Rob has always been there to counsel and educate me along the way. Midwest Family Health is a family business and that is how they treat their customers, Like Family.
I have known Rob and the folks at Midwest Family Health for years. We are fortunate to have two great pharmacies in Phillipsburg, Kansas and I have used both. Rob has always been friendly and respectful and his staff are professional and courteous. They have gone above and beyond for me.
since its changed hands and now Keith is gone it sucks horrible. Rob the owner is a pompous ass and doesnt care about the customer care or his patients.. dont go there .. promise you can get better service elsewhere and not have to suppoort a pompous ass that thinks hes GOD almighty.. he gave me the wrong medicine and charged me twice for this medicine.. when i told him it was wrong he told me it wasnt his job to babysit his customers and thats what was in the records.. so he didnt even bother calling the dr to find anything out ... please for you health.. go elsewhere..
