I wish I could rate with zero or 1/2 a star. I have issues whenever I go to this pharmacy but I am required to use it due to my employers rules. Specifically, one pharmacy technician is rude, condescending and treats people with disrespect. She wears a white coat, I think her name is Ann and she has dark hair and glasses. She's an older lady. I wish I did not have to deal with this pharmacy but I do. In addition, the Franciscan pharmacy hours are extremely inconvenient. Every CHI or Franciscan pharmacy that I'm aware of is open 9 to 5 and they take a break for lunch. They're not open on weekends and so in addition to having the staff treat you horribly, you have to take time off work and deal with hassle and delays. Sometimes you have to make multiple trips to pick up just a couple of prescriptions. Wanda at the Franciscan pharmacy on first Avenue, which is now called closed, was absolutely wonderful. I never had issues going in there and getting my prescriptions and she was very very nice. I am a pharmacy technician and manage the pharmacy department of an insurance company so I know this business in and out. There's no excuse for the way this staff treats their patients. I've witnessed it of other patients and I've certainly experienced it myself.
