I'm very grateful to Texas Star Pharmacy's staff; they have provided the personal care and knowledge to help me stay healthy. The staff communicates well with me and my doctors to provide the top quality prescriptions and supplemental products that are specific to my needs.
I have been using Texas Star Pharmacy for my office supplies of many different medications - compounded materials, all emergency drugs, flavorings and applicators. They have gone above and beyond compounding things for me at my specific requests for my office and ordering different flavorings. I have spent hours on the phone with their pharmacy team and was even invited to see one of the flavorings for the medicines at the office. They go above and beyond for me. A great place to work with. Ask for Crystal - she is a joy to work with!
Went there to get a missing shot for my son needed for his new school. The price was good for out of pocket as I didn't have time for getting his pediatrician appointment at the new place. They had a small clinic kind of thing. It's a small place unlike Walgreens or cvs. The practitioner was young from a school but she was really nice and sweet.
Please read this before if you want to get vaccines here. First of all, the waiting time was more than 30 minutes even though there was no one except us. Secondly, the nurse (I am not sure if she's nurse) who gave two shots to our child did horrible job. Our child NEVER cried before when she's had shots but this time she was absolutely terrified and cried so much. And I can clearly see that it's really bad. It was the worst experience EVER!!! I felt terrible bringing my child there and make her suffer. Her arm is now swollen and bruised. I will never go back there to get shots.
Do not go here for vaccines. The first time I came for vaccines there was literally no one in line and it took them an hour and a half to administer our vaccines. The second time I got there at 4:50pm and they said they had stopped administering vaccines 15 minutes prior to my arrival. I asked what time they usually stop vaccines and they said 5pm. So even though I was there before 5, they would not administer our vaccinations. I have 3 kids and got a sitter for the other two so I could make it there in time only to find out they just decided they didn't want to work until 5pm today.
