Love this place! I travel a lot with my job and they are always helpful and understanding when I need my compounds ready for an extended or unexpected trip. This is a specialized pharmacy and I really appreciate all their hard work!
Wonderful Staff and Customer Service! Hard to find a good compounding pharmacy anymore and THIS is the place. Very accommodating and professional pharmacy. Great Job!!!
This pharmacy, both in Loveland and Fort Collins, is notorious for not filling prescriptions in a timely manner, not calling when they say they will, and now "losing" the medication we've already paid for. We will be contacting the corporate office, as there is a problem every single time we deal with this pharmacy (over 1.5 years of doing business with them).
Pharmacist refused to fill my rx. Had her call my doctor to verify and still refused. They asked why I was as get the rx then and wanted me to explain my medical reason in front of other customers. Then still refused because apparently it didn't meet their non-MD approval. I went back to the doctors who called the pharmacy and after the doctor spent 5 minutes on the phone with them asked if I could go to a different pharmacy because Good Day was unwilling to fill the rx I had. I went over to different pharmacy and had zero issues.
WARNING- If you value yours or someone you loves health, then you won't go to this place. We Agreed w/all of the 1 stars, except It should be zeros. Between not caing less about compounding up to 8days, to the controlling pharmacist refusing to do as doctor orders, nor would call just to verify- as their JOB is supposed to be...especially since she barely spoke English and was either straight up lying, delusional, or viewing someone else's profile. They cause major issues that they then avoid responsibility for and will try to reverse back onto you. My doctors have been frustrated and furious with them saying that they are abusing what they feel is their right at having a certain amount of control over patients meds. They are NOT above the doctors, but run the pharmacy as such, while most ALL are absolutely unprofessional and horribly rude. They feel as though they can treat people disrespectfully and with patronizing attitudes since there aren't many compounding places. I now travel 60mi all to avoid them. I hadn't even known about the boy who they killed- They need to be shut down. What's it going to take?
