How does PrescribeWellness integrate with my store’s data?

PrescribeWellness is able to integrate with 50+ pharmacy management systems. We receive data directly from the dispensing system or vendor on a nightly basis to provide you actionable data to work with. The data pulls happen nightly, in the background, so that there is no impact on your daily operation and ensures that your Patient Engagement Center displays prescription information from the previous day. PrescribeWellness complies with all applicable State and Federal regulations and data is only used within the parameters set forth by the HIPAA Privacy Compliance Agreement for Business Associates.

What system requirements do I need to use PrescribeWellness?

Our software solution is cloud-based, meaning there is no software installation required. You can access the PrescribeWellness application from any computer that has an internet connection. The only thing we recommend is that you use Google Chrome as your web-browser for optimal performance.

In addition to functions I get within the application, is there any support/material included?

As a PrescribeWellness customer, not only will you enjoy the software solution itself, you also have other resources available to you at no additional cost. Feel free to contact our Client Services department if any issues should arise. You will also have Marketing materials at your disposal to view/print/download. Lastly, access our online University for training documents, e-learning courses, videos, and workshops hosted by our Engagement Coaches.

What groups does PrescribeWellness have partnerships with?

PrescribeWellness is proud to be partnered with some of the nation’s largest and well-respected Pharmacy Services Administrative Organizations (PSAO’s). Members of these groups can enjoy PrescribeWellness solutions through preferred pricing with: Elevate, EPN, APNS, and AccessHealth.

How long does it take to get setup with PrescribeWellness?

Depending on your pharmacy management system, integration between PrescribeWellness and your store can take between 5-30 days. An Implementation Specialist will contact you to start the process, talk through timelines, and walk you through any necessary steps. They assist you in getting started smoothly and provide basic training needs. Our Data Integration team works on the backend to setup the communication between your dispensing system/vendor and your Implementation Specialist will contact you once you are Active with live/current data.

What if I don’t know/forget my password?

In the event that you don’t know or forgot your password, you can reset it by following the below steps:

  1. On the login screen, click on Forgot Password.
  2. Enter your email address in the pop-up window and click on Restore.
  3. Check your email for a message from appserver@prescribewellness.com. Click on the link embedded in the email to access the Reset Password screen.
  4. Type in your desired password into the New password field and re-type it in the Confirm new password field. Click on Confirm.
